Hi Guys,
I haven't been on TS or the internet much at all the past couple of weeks. I was hired by my next door neighbor to repair her rental appartment and get it ready to rent out. I originally thought that it would only be patching a few dings in the walls and then smearing some paint on the ceiling and walls of all the rooms. Well, I was wrong ( I know that seems to be odd that I was mistaken), I have to replaster the kitchen walls, the first floor bathroom walls, and the master bedroom walls on the second floor, repair 7 doors (strike plates broken and latches not chisled out to proper depth), patch dings and holes in all of the walls in all of the rooms, replace the faucet in the kitchen sink, sand and restain the hand rail on the staircase, lay a new tile floor in the kitchen, lay a new tile floor in the entrance way, and paint all the walls and ceilings. I also have to repair the deck on the back of the house (fire damage, the damn dyke fell asleep with the Tiki torches still lit). I have a target date of August 15th for the appartment to rentable. So, until then, I can only gaurantee that I'll be online on Sundays and if I am lucky maybe once or twice durring the week. Oh, did I mention that my wife has decided to supervise my work (I don't think that there is a court in this country that will convict me of murder if she should accidently fall under my hammer 27 times)??? So, see ya when I see ya.....

Good luck pete, if I hear of a massachusetss man murdering his wife with a hammer I promise I will delete your forum post so there's no evidence:)

Thank you, it might be necessary before this is all over with,,,,,lol (just kidding, if there is any cops reading this post).
