Current favourite tanks

Just thought I would start a thread on our favourite tanks, because the forum is looking a bit lonely these days lol.

Personally, my KV and my M10 which I use at the moment are my fav's, although I did find the T-34 a decent machine for its tier etc. I have read a lot of bashing on the WoT forums of both the KV and the M10, although once you have gone through that initial grind where you want to beat the crew over the head with a rotten turnip, I think these two are actually pretty decent. Well, they tend to suit my game play style anyway...

Oh, and the loltractor because its just a joke lol

So far I'm not happy with my tanks, but of all tanks I currently own, I think I'm most happy with my M6.
Sure, it's a piece of shit, but it's the best piece I've got amongst all other dung-tractors out there!

I have 2 favorites, my Tiger and my T-29. Those 2 are totally awesome....

I have such poor luck, and avid loathing of the M6 that I prob wont ever get the T29 lol

OK I sold my M6. And must say I did enjoy the couple of games in the M10 I shared with Kami!

I'm going all commie, I'm rockin' the A20 with the 37mm auto cannon. I'm saving up for the T34. It will be mine very soon. Any thoughts on the KV5 anyone? It looks ugly as shit but is it any good? I'm playing on the US/NA servers btw.

I have both the Lowe and the KV5 and they are money makers (the Lowe makes more though).

I got the KV5 and it does pack a mean punch but it's fucking useless on open maps and deadly on urban maps. At least that's my experience with it. Other than that, one ugly fucking tank and a cash cow.

Use it as a sniper tank on open maps and you will see that it has potential and is a killer....

I'll try that, thanks Pete. I using all my free xp to get to the next level with the T34-85, then KV13 and then the IS series. I've seen the IS's in action and all of them seem to kick ass.

Reading this forum makes me hate my internet at work...

I WANT TO PLAY TANKS (not lag on em)

I used to think that the IS-3 was industructable until I bought one and man does it cost a fortune to repair and rearm (1020.00 credits/round). But fun to blow the crap out of other tanks with, well worth the credits......

I miss WOT need to get my internet sorted back ta the house up north!

I sorta did a flip flop, I ended up getting up to the T1 and the Sherman. I'm debating whether to go for the M6 or the M4A3E8. I'm sort of hedging towards the upgraded Sherman. I like the M4 with the 105mm it packs a mean punch if you get the first shot off.

The M4A3E8 only allows the 76mm gun, so weigh that fact into your decision process. I went the T1, T6, T29, to the T32 line and that was painful as hell to progress. Anyone will tell you that the T1 heavy is huge, a good target, has a crappy gun (76mm only), but fun to play. It just takes forever to progress up the tech tree..... Have fun choosing the direction you plan on taking....

I'd go T29 ways... I did in fact... But I don't have enough credits to buy me one yet :-(

I went with the Kv3. I bought a type 59 an absolute blast to play with. They're fast, decently armoured and pack a nice punch. They look nice too.



Talk about no widescreen support. lol

The type 59 is a lesser armored t-54. I'm working my way through the russian mediums to get to the the t-54. But, welcome to the ranks of wallet warriors mr kranky. i wish you were on the eu server so that we could play together.... have fun with you new toy....
