Hmm according to Google Translate it's Vietnamese for "Why computer off manually restart", I'd assume it's linking to another free forum in Vietnam where someone's having computer troubles Must be because I used the word dong (which is part of the Vietnamese word for restart).

Her death didn't matter to me either way. I only hope that they beef up the security for her funeral so that you all don't have a replay of the Boston Marathon. May God keep all of my UK friend safe.

I find it rather distasteful to celebrate someones passing like that, regardless of how one thought of Lady Thatcher's political legacy. But this seems to be rather typical for so-called liberals. Seems like as long as you are "protesting" against anything "conservative" no boundaries/rules of decency or democratic interaction apply.
