SERVER SETTINGS

I made this topic to find out what people want on the bc2 server.

As you know the server is on HC now.
We did this because it seemed to help with the band of brother server.

But bazz told me he switched it back as it didn't work anymore.
People just don't have a fav server anymore.



So my idea is to at least make sure that the people who pay for it get what they want.

1. Please copy the setting and post the version you want by change the true/false values.

2. Then post the game mode you want and whether you like snow maps or not.

My current comments would be to turn HC off and possibly remove Rush mode for a bit? Sorry if this is a pain!

Hate snow maps but won't mind if they come on once in let's say 4 maps?

Don't care if it's vietnam of normal ... I like conquest (where you cap flags?) best, but wouldn't mind a rotation with rush (where you destroy M-coms) where you get to be defender once, attacker next.

I love play bad company so much that hard core sounds delightful to me.......lol NOT!!!!!!!! I do enjoy our server when I do play on it, so hard or easy makes no difference.

well after playing nearly 200 hours of bad company hardcore is ok
but not great miss my crosshair not a lover of rush to be honest and veitnam still rocks
just so much fun killing slanty eyed little fokkers

rotation normal bc2:
2x conquest (2 normal maps)
1x rush (2 rounds)
2x conquest (1 normal 1 snow
1x rush (2 rounds)
(back to the top 2x conquest)

this way we have a lot less rush and snow but there is still a bit of it


Game version:

this is the tricky part, some like normal some like Vietnam.
we could change it every 1 or 2 weeks.
looking back to bf2 and bf2sf i don't think im a fan of that but we can try

im proposing the same rotation for Vietnam


please give me some feedback and tell me what you think of alternating game version.

We could try Vietnam first as we have been running the server on vanilla for a while?
