Well, we got the house for less than the listing. The closing is scheduled for on or before the 27th of this month. Soon all will be settled......

We closed on Casa De Dragonbreath last night. All we are waiting for now is a conformation of the funding and BLAM I am a home owner.... It only took 7 weeks to accomplish this.....

The house only cost us $80,000.00 and the same house in Massachusetts would cost $300,000.00 with a yearly property tax of $13,000.00. My mortgage payment is half of what I pay for rent now. What a win win situation.... Just remember, all my friends are welcome to come to Caldwell Idaho for a vacation trip to the USA (just not all at once please). Stephanie (the real boss of Casa De Dragonbreath) has agreed that all of you are welcome to come over for a visit.
